VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
All volunteers must commit to:
  1. Attending one evening each week for 20 weeks (a minimum of 80%) and a celebration event.
  2. Attending the offered training sessions.
  3. Completing their Record of Session each week and actively participate in staff reflections.
  4. Reading and familiarising themselves with the information on mentoring outlined in the Mentor’s Handbook and relevant policies.
  5. Completing a portfolio for OCN L2 or L3 in Introduction to Mentoring Skills

In return the PfS Centres will:

  1. Offer the volunteers training, guidance, accreditation opportunities and valuable work experience in their chosen area.
  2. Offer guidance for further training and career opportunities.
  3. Provide each volunteer with a reference at the end of the 20 weeks.
